What time should I arrive?
  • Day guest's please arrive for 13:30, To be seated on the second floor by 13:45 
  • Evening guest's please arrive for 19:00.
Do I have to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP online?
  • For ease please use the RSVP option online.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
  • Formal wear 
Can I bring a plus one?
  • Due to venue restrictions we are only allowing those stated on the invite to attend the ceremony and wedding breakfast. However evening invite's have now been sent. Got a question about a plus one? contact Kirsty or Mark directly.
Can I bring my children?
  • Due to venue restrictions we are only allowing nephews and nieces of the Bride & Groom to attend the ceremony and wedding breakfast. However evening invite's now been sent. Got a question about a bringing children? contact Kirsty or Mark directly.
Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?
  • The majority of the day will be taking place inside. However, during the drinks reception and evening food, guests will only have access to the ground floor of the mill. With the evening food being served outside from a wood fired oven.
Will food and drinks be served at the reception?
  • Yes! Straight after the ceremony will follow the reception where drinks and canapés will be provided. The bar will remain open throughout the day, if you wish to purchase a drink at your leisure. 
What type of food will be served?

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?
  • We have worked hard on making our decor special to us and wish to keep as much as we can, However there will be a special something for you to take away to remember the day. 
Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free food options?
  • If you require these option's please let us know prior to you returning your RSVP.
Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?
  • Yes! However we ask that you do not take any pictures/videos during our ceremony. But please feel free to upload any pictures you take after the ceremony once the evening guests have arrived - so we can ensure they see everything firsthand. 
Wedding Gifts?
  • The most important gift to us is having you share in our special day. But if you wish to contribute in a different way we would love a donation towards our honeymoon pot, where we head after tying the knot.
What time is the evening reception scheduled to end?
  • Our sparkler send off will be at 23:00. Please see Order of the day for more information.
Getting to and from?
  • Christchurch Chritax will give guests a 10% discount if they pre-book a taxi with them. Contact: Booking Office on 01202 470000
